Audio Tower

The Audio Tower is dedicated to the “Nibelungenlied”, or “Song of the Nibelungs”, an important piece of world literature and outstanding 12th-century literary work, which has been declared a part of UNESCO Memory of the World programme since 2008. Sitting enthroned on wooden armchairs, visitors can listen to excerpts from the “Nibelungenlied” and Norse saga variants such as the “Edda”, complemented, where advisable, with annotations and interpretations.

Having arrived at the top of the tower, visitors are rewarded with a splendid panoramic view of the city and its surroundings.
